What Our Clients Say
Recent parts received in record time, the quality of flingers is much better compared to the OEM, pricing are good.
My main POC for Metslurry is Bianca. She replies in a timely manner and is a joy to work with. Response times and delivery dates are always accurate and there is never a need for me to follow up. One of the better vendors that I have the pleasure of dealing with. Amazing work.
Overall I am comfortable with the service I get from metslurry, hence the “Good” but not “Excellent” values I have placed against your questions, yes you need some improvement in areas however minor improvement is what is needed, we all need improvement. I have found your company and its people always eager to assist me when I have a question or a problem identifying a problematic part. 1) Overall improvement in product knowledge especially when comparing Metslurry parts against Warman or Keto parts would benefit me greatly. I am not saying that your people don’t have experience, in fact personally I have minimal experience with slurry and sump pump parts myself. I just believe the more experience that your people have the less issues we will all have. I understand that it takes time to gain experience and knowledge and only bring this up as an area to push for going forward with slurry and sump pumps. 2) Better quality and availability of exploded views of the pumps along with accurate parts lists, would take some of the guess work out of it and reduce errors as well. A number of times now I have asked for exploded views and parts lists and the quality of the documentation has been less than ideal given I don’t have that strong a knowledge of the pumps myself. 3) Accurate lead times for parts is critical in the pump repair business when dealing with our mining customers. For example if “6-8 weeks” or “2-4 weeks” or “In Perth Stock” etc is quoted it is imperative that the quoted lead time(Or better) is met, some of my customers in the past have purchased parts themselves from other non-genuine parts suppliers across Australia(eg.Queensland) faster than I can get them, when that happens we both lose out. I am not saying your lead times are always wrong(Unlike some other competitors of yours), but whenever it is delayed, missed or forgotten altogether I cop it from my customer and risk losing their business.
We are satisfied with the overall service and communication provided. Responses were timely, and the support given was helpful. Technical support has been clear enough. The team provides guidance that helps us proceed efficiently with our projects. Response time is good and meets our expectations. We appreciate the timely feedback, especially for urgent project needs. I hope METS can continue to provide consistent support to us, especially for budgetary enquiries. We currently have many projects in the Feasibility Study (FS) stage, and as we know, project-based work often involves a long journey. Therefore, consistency is important to ensure everything remains on track and progresses at the right pace. Overall, we appreciate the support and look forward to continuing a productive collaboration.
